The Simpsons Go Green

Everyone’s favorite bright yellow family took a satiric look at renewable energy this week. After receiving an exorbitant energy bill, the Simpsons decide to visit a renewable energy trade show to get themselves off the grid.

The jokes fly pretty fast, so pay close attention to see the battle between switchgrass ethanol and corn ethanol, witness the wonder of “burp power”, and question the thermodynamic feasibility of powering a windmill with box fans.

The Simpsons are living… intermittently…
